The circumstances of the neighbourhood may change after you have bought the property. Perhaps different neighbours move in, more people may now own dogs that bark. Ask yourself:
Will the property be easy or attractive enough to re-sell?
Will the property depreciate in value and by how much do you think, taking into account other properties being sold, the area and further new developments?
