Getting around Cape Verde Islands by taxi, car, inter island boat trip or flights between the Cape Verde Islands. There are ferries from some islands and internal flights available from a number of Cape Verde Islands.
Binter Cabo Verde operate internal flight service between the Cape Verde Islands. However they are reviewing their operation in Cape Verde. Announcement: BINTER CABO VERDE.
You can pre-book taxi hire transfers with some agencies. There are options for other hire or transport too.

There are taxi's available for hire to take you from one place or another.
These are small mini buses or pick up trucks, the drivers of these vehicles need to hold a public transport licence.
Alternatively we have some advertisers who offer services on Sal or other islands. Ads are often found on the side menu bar on the right of the pages.
There are some inter-island ferry services operating between some islands.There is no ferry service between Sal and Boavista. However there is a yacht excursion that provides day trips between Sal and Boavista in favourable weather conditions.
There are other forms of transport to get you around. In some tourist areas they will have buggies, quad bikes, bicycles, battery bicycles,
scooters or segway's. There are also a few companies that hire out wheelchairs.
